It is the policy of NOSSCR to file or join amicus briefs only in support of parties advocating positions consistent with the interests of NOSSCR, and the disabled people we represent, at the merits briefing stage in the United States Supreme Court.

NOSSCR also assists counsel who have cases pending before the Supreme Court, upon request, with their briefs and oral arguments. Requests for amicus briefs other than on the merits in the U.S. Supreme Court may be considered, but will normally be denied.
