Positions: Part-Time and/or Temporary Attorney(s) - California & Texas
The Law Offices of Stuart Barasch is seeking either (1) one attorney in the Los Angeles area to cover west coast and Texas hearings, or (2) one Los Angeles attorney for west coast hearings and one Dallas or Houston attorney for Texas hearings.
California associate position would be a nearly full-time temporary position for approximately six months. The Texas associate position would be part-time, about 4-5 hearings per month. Daily office attendance is not required at the Los Angeles office.
Ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in handling Social Security Disability cases and willingness to travel occasionally. Duties will include preparing clients for hearings, attending hearings, drafting pre-hearing and post-hearing memorandums and ALJ decisions as needed. Attorneys with less experience will be considered.

We are seeking seasoned Advocates with experience in representing individuals at all levels of the Social Security Disability process.
